Copyright and rights concerns — preview draft
Operator: Sunghwan Yoo · Contact: TBD · Effective date: TBD
Music and editions belong to their respective rights holders. Muturn supplies tools for files that users are entitled to use; no worship catalogue is distributed.
Before uploading
You must have the right to upload, store, convert and use each file, and to make it available to the people you invite. A private team or a church setting does not automatically permit copying. Check the work, arrangement, edition and any licence restrictions. Free example scores carry their own source and licence notes; those notes do not license your other uploads.
Sharing boundaries
Public setlist links reveal order, keys and notes, never score files or score pages. Team libraries and live sessions expose content to authorised members, so invite only people allowed to receive it. Do not put unlicensed lyrics or other protected material into publicly shared notes.
Report a concern
Once the contact below is published, send the work’s title, the rights you hold or represent, the affected Muturn page or record, a description of the concern and a way to reach you. Do not post copyrighted files, private codes, account details or other sensitive information in a public issue. Until the private contact is published, a repository issue at https://github.com/shyoo/muturn/issues may request a private reporting channel without including those details.
What happens next
The operator will review the report, may request information to identify the material and rights, and may restrict access to affected content while investigating. The uploader may be asked to explain their permission or remove the material. Access may be removed if permission cannot be established. This draft does not promise a response deadline or a statutory notice procedure; the final operator must publish the appropriate contact and process before launch.
